House Committees to Discuss COVID-19 Spread Inside Nursing Facilities

Honolulu, Hawaiʻi –The House Committee on Health and the House Committee on Human Services & Homelessness will convene an informational briefing to evaluate the capability of nursing facilities and smaller caregiver homes to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in light of our community's reopening.

The committees will ask what are their needs, how are those needs being met, and are they prepared? These questions aim to identify common challenges and opportunities for stakeholders.

Speakers include:
